Hospitals facilities that are heavily serviced and built to last, and yet they have to constantly adapt to changing needs coming mainly from technological development and new medical practices.

After the construction, the next imperative step is planning the various speciality departments. This is based on the mandatory facilities, commissioning of the hospital, the socio-economic structure of the hospital neighbour-hood, the current medical practices, availability of the services and also the overall budget of the owner.
